At CYCLEme Fitness we offer Personal Training sessions to give you the greatest opportunity to achieve your Health and Fitness goals.
We can come to your house to perform a baseline Health and Fitness test recording your BMI, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, and Heartrate activity over a 40 minute cardiovascular test.
Over the following sessions we will work together to complete your short and long term goals whether it be weight loss, general fitness, cycling technique, or even a charity ride - such as the London Ride 100.
